Computer Shogi BBS Machine translation. There will be many strange sentences... Please don't complain ^^;).

I have Shogi and Go Programs.
Shogi program name is YSS(Yamashita Shogi System). YSS was world champion at 7th CSA Championship in 1997.
In 2003-05-05 13th CSA Championship, YSS was 2nd. IS Shogi won.
Go program name is Aya. Aya was placed 7th in 19x19 in Computer Olympiad 2003 in Graz, Austria, and 1st in 9x9!

• Shogi

  YSS is a commercial program now. It is sold as "AI-Shogi2004" from i4 in Japan.
  And I also made a full-with-search shogi program "Zenpukun". It is a experimental program and free-soft.

• Go

  I think searching is more important than evaluation in Go. My making power is to prove it.
  But now, my program strength depends on its evaluation...

  Aya is free software. Let's try Aya!
  Aya has GTP(Go Text Protocol). Aya works on Gogui and SmartGo.
  and you can play via RS232C with SGMP(Standard Go Modem Protocol).
  I think Aya's strength is Japanese 7 kyu. Aya runs on KGS. AyaBot is 8k.

• Amazons

  Do you know Amazons? This board game was made in Argentina.
  Amazons is similar to Chess and Go. And very difficult! and interesting?
  I made an Amazons program. I can't beat my program :-).
  And my program won 2nd Computer Amazon Championship! (in Shizuoka Univ. Japan 1999/12/13-14)
  But in Amazons Dream match, I lost Buro's "amsbot".
